CARIBOU — The Caribou Area Chamber of Commerce will be holding their second Lunch and Learn of the season on May 19, providing an opportunity for all to enjoy a bit of knowledge and bite to eat between 11 a.m. to noon at the Caribou Inn and Convention Center.
The topic for the Lunch and Learn will be “Modernize your business PC” and is sponsored by both Steve Boody with Virtual Managed Solutions and the Caribou Chamber.
In an hour, participants will receive an informative step-by-step demonstrations on ways to optimize Microsoft Office to benefit their day-to-day work — such as ways to overcome email overload, create professional documents and presentations, insight on data analysis, and better ways to share information with customers and colleagues.
Chamber officials plan to continue hosting lunch and learns periodically to benefit both chamber members and community residents with great networking opportunities as well as providing a means to highlight the produces and services available through local businesses.
