NEW SWEDEN – Theresa M. LeSuer, 57, went home to her Lord in Heaven, April 8, 2011 after a long illness. She was born, July 16, 1953 in Middleton, Conn., the daughter of Harold and Helen (Watralik) Hills.
Theresa graduated from Valley Regional High School in Connecticut and moved on to marry the love of her life, Stephen LeSuer in 1977. She enjoyed yard sales, picnics, gardening and spending time at her home (Serenity Farms) in New Sweden, Maine. Theresa also had many hobbies like crocheting, sewing, quilting and baking. She was also known to show up around the holidays with baked homemade cookies for everyone she could think of in New Sweden and surrounding areas. She was also a member of many churches in New Sweden, Stockholm and Limestone.
Surviving are her husband, Stephen LeSuer, Sr. of New Sweden. She will be sadly missed by her son, Stephen LeSuer, Jr. and his wife, Nicole LeSuer of New Sweden; four grandchildren, Tyana, Brooklyn, Jeremiah and Stephen, III; one brother and two sisters, Harold Hills, Jr. of Waterbury, Conn., Maggie Barnes of Middleton, Conn. and Susan Sullivan of South Carolina. She will be dearly missed by her best friend, Nancy Johnston of Caribou.
