What is my spark?

My spark is drawing because it makes me use my imagination. It makes me feel important. I know this is my spark because when I drew my first picture, I thought it was pretty good for my age. I can’t remember when I started drawing. I got an award in a different school for a bookmark contest. My drawing was getting better.

I know at thirteen, I can draw really good pictures just by looking at an image, such as a card, or a book. Then I recreate a different image by combining two different images and drawing them as one. One tip that I find helpful is when you’re drawing anima or manga, always start with an egg for the head. Some of the things I have drawn in the past are things like dragons and of drawings that are part dragon and are part human. I also draw fairies, elves, mermaids, people, animals and pictures from my Yu-Gi-Oh cards. I keep all my drawings in my folder, so they won’t get bent or torn. I have 22 drawings in that folder, but sometimes it is hard because I run out of ideas.

The thing I draw the most would have to be horses. I have drawn five of them. Each one is the opposite of the other. Then I also like give names to my horses. The first one I drew is the element of fire. It looks like a horse with a horn and flames coming out of its tail and back. My second horse is the element of water. It looks like a sea horse with a fish tail and gills. My third horse is the element of grass with vines for its mane and tail with thorns on each vine. My fourth horse is a devil horse, which represents evil. It has bat-like wings and a thin tail with an arrow-shaped tip. My final horse is the opposite of evil, which is good. I should have called it the angel horse, but I just stuck with Pegasus. It has angel wings and a long curly mane.

I mostly draw when I am at home or when I’m upstairs or at recess. I would say that compliments help me keep my spark going.

In conclusion, these are all the things I have drawn, what they look like, and what keeps me motivated to continue.
