Alexander M. Anderson, 25, Caribou: littering, $100 fine.
Aroostook Cab Company, Caribou: failure to display rates (two counts), $50 fine (each); and inspection by police chief, $50 fine.
Gary Browning, 58, Mapleton: rule violation, filed on $100 costs.
James O. Clark, 36, Washburn: failing to comply with sex offender reg. act, first offense, 10 days in jail.
Kevin Davenport, 21, Easton: harassment by telephone, $250 fine.
Bub J. Dow, 34, Connor Twp.: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine and $304.30 restitution.
Sirena Dow, 25, Washburn: violating condition of release, 72 hours in jail; and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Stacey Griffin, 52, Caribou: displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, $250 fine.
Taylor R. Hodsdon, 19, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $350 fine.
Harold Scott Joy, 47, Perham: failing to register vehicle, $100 fine.
Ashley L. Lopez, 21, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five days in jail.
Bobby J. Martin, 25, Connor Twp.: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
Kelli R. Monteith, 22, Caribou: operating under the influence, $600 fine, three days in jail and 90-day license suspension; and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Joshua Mushero, 28, Perham: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Keith R. Paradis, 38, Eagle Lake: operating motor vehicle outside of class, $75 fine.
Brent R. Perreault, 30, Caribou: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
John A. Sam, 22, Caribou: criminal mischief, $250 fine and $61.50 restitution.
Scott A. Silva, 31, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine and $304.30 restitution.
Nicholas Sirois, 19, Madawaska: altering vehicle after inspection, $100 fine.
Jose Valle, 32, Caribou: operating vehicle without license, $250 fine.
Mark A. Whipple, 39, Meshoppen, Pa.: rule violation, operation 10-hour rule, $250 fine.
Dana L. Willette, 53, Caribou: violation of rule moose zone, $100 fine.
