Adult basketball
A co-ed pickup basketball program will be held Saturdays from 6-8 p.m. at the Limestone Community School gymnasium through March 26.
Players must be at least 18 years of age and out of high school to participate.
Mini travel basketball
A mini travel basketball program for grades 3 and 4 gets under way Tuesday, Dec. 21. Participants will learn the game of basketball, compete and have fun doing it.
The program meets from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Veteran’s Memorial Gymnasium. Uniforms will be provided. Call 325-4791 or 551-1204 for more details. The deadline to register is Dec. 17.
Pee wee basketball
Children in Pre-K through second grade have the chance to play in the pee wee basketball program which meets Mondays beginning Dec. 20 at Veteran’s Memorial Gymnasium.

BIO Ski Club
Youth in grades 4 and 5 can join a ski club, which gets under way Jan. 4 and will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30-4 p.m.
Snacks will be provided. Those involved will get an opportunity to learn about cross country skiing, including etiquette, respect and proper care and maintenance of ski equipment. Appropriate dress is required, including hats, mittens, ski pants and boots. Call 325-4791 for more information.
The club is being co-sponsored by the Limestone Ski Club.
Soccer aerobics
Beginning Saturday, Dec. 11, soccer aerobics will be offered at the Limestone Community School gymnasium. Grades Pre-K through 4 meet from 4-5 p.m. and grades 5-12 from 5-6 p.m. The instructor is Mike Dugal.
The program offers the chance to work on footwork, agility and indoor soccer skills during the winter months.

Swim schedule
Toddle hour is held Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5-6 p.m. The cost is $1.
Adult lap swim is from 6-7 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. The fee is $2 per person. Only those ages 18 and older and out of high school can participate.
Open swim for all ages is from 7-8 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. The fee is $2 per person or $5 for a family of up to five.

Travel basketball
Beginning Feb. 2, a travel basketball program for grades 5-6 will be offered in Limestone. The girls program will meet from 2:30-3:30 p.m. and the boys program from 3:30-4:30 p.m. at Veteran’s Memorial Gymnasium. A detailed schedule will be handed out the first day.

Walking program
The walking program at LCS is under way. The school is open from 3-7 p.m. for walkers, Monday through Friday except for holidays and school vacations. Participants need to sign in and out. Call the recreation department at 325-4791 for more details.
