Dion Creasey, left, manager of the Caribou Foster’s store presents Mark Jones, Caribou High School with a $750 Educational Alliance grant. The grant monies, applied for by the local Foster’s store, are supported by Exxon Mobile. A state-wide program, each of the stores may submit up to four schools in their area to receive the educational grant. Jones stated that the funds are designated to the school principal’s account and used to purchase items focused on expanding technology at the school. In the past, the Educational Alliance grant funds have assisted in the purchase of video projectors used in the CHS classrooms.
