Cadet Sgt. Trevor Oplinus was recently promoted to Cadet Staff Sergeant at the County Composite Squadron’s meeting at the Caribou Airport. Cadet Oplinus, the son of Beth Siford of Caribou, achieved this promotion through study of leadership, aerospace education and emergency services.
