Plissey, Beckum lead Challenge

Susan Plissey and Thomas Beckum are the current overall leaders in the County Challenge Series standings with three races still remaining.

Plissey has 50 points and is ahead of Michelle Roy (32) and Angela Ewings (25) in the female standings. Beckum, with 35 points, is in front of P.J. Gorneault (31), Tim Freme (21), Alfred Hanscom (20) and Evan Graves (19) on the men’s side.

Age division leaders heading into the Aug. 7 Island Falls Summerfest 5K are as follows:
