David Bell, owner of Web Impression located on Herschel Street across from Wardwell Services, prides the business on their excellent customer service; not only does the shop have everything a customer needs to get their computer going and keep it running smoothly, Bell says that Web Impressions staff will install new equipment for much less that other businesses.

Owner of Web Impressions David Bell has been servicing computers, managing web design and creating software from his home office since 1997 but in the past 13 years, the needs of the business have far surpassed home office.

Web Impressions has taken root in their new location off of Hershel Street across from Wardwell Service, where Bell will continue to provide the excellent service and speedy turn-around time that customers are used to.

“Out biggest thing is our service; I don’t know how many computers I’ve gotten from customers who’ve initially taken the equipment somewhere else that told them it couldn’t be fixed or received an outrageous repair bill,” Bell said. “We try to let them know what it’s going to cost before we do the repairs.”

Where as many individuals would opt for a new laptop if they broke their screen, that specific computer ailment can be fixed at Web Impressions for much less than the cost of a new machine.

“Fixing and maintaining computers is more economically feasible than replacement,” Bell said. “We’ll try to find out what your needs are and if you can get by with what you’ve got, we’ll get your computer running up to speed; it’s a lot less expensive that buying a new computer and your existing computer can probably do more than you need it to do.”

No one likes a slow computer and with extensive experience in computer tune-ups, Web Impressions can get your machine running at optimal out-of-the-box speeds again.

Computers are all about speed, and repairs that take a month are out of the question for many. That’s why Web Impressions typically has a 24-to-48 hour turn-around time for most repairs and if you buy a new piece of equipment for you computer, they can have it installed in no time for a minimal fee.

Bringing in a cumbersome desktop computer can be difficult for some, which is why Web Impressions offers (within reason) free pickup for seniors and disabled patrons. They also offer a senior discount and a veteran discount.

While the service and customer satisfaction have always been the focus of Web Impressions, with the new storefront comes new services; Web Impressions carries a plethora of equipment for the cyber needs of their customers.

“I know in Caribou you can’t find cables and adaptors for you computers, so we’re making them available for the community here,” Bell said, adding that the community may be surprised to find what low prices Web Impressions has to offer.

The store is currently open Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Additional information can be obtained online at www.pcbasedsolutions.com or by calling 496-8691.
