Boots, approximately 1 year-old is a black and white spayed female residing at Halfway Home Pet Rescue, and is ready for adoption at the facility’s Adoption Fair/Garage Sale this Saturday, June 19 at 11 Pioneer Ave in Caribou. She is leukemia tested, has all current shots and is spayed. Found in a ditch last winter, Boots was near death, unable to move; her feet and ears swollen with frostbite, as was her tail. Boots has since recovered from her abandonment injuries and is now ready for adoption. She has a sweet and extremely loving personality after she has a couple of hours to know you will not hurt her. Her adoption fee is $40. HHPR has 10 adults and 8 kittens ready for adoption at the June 19, Adoption Fair.
