No foolin’ — tomorrow, April 1, the undefeated Harlem Superstars will be playing basketball against the notorious Caribou “Dream Team” at 6:30 p.m. in the CHS gymnasium. The event is being sponsored by the Caribou High School Class of 2010 Project Graduation Committee.

Said to be, “the only game in town” (or rather Aroostook County) featuring the legendary basketball ambassadors, the evening will be filled with audience participation, a halftime show full of laughs, thrills and tests of skills. Of course the other highlight of the event will be the competition between the Harlem Superstars and Caribou’s talented  basketball athletes.
Caribou’s “Dream Team” which will consist of  its own legendary basketball talents includes community members from doctors, CHS alumni to current high school and college basketball team members — all whom will certainly have their “game faces” on.
Local legends are to include Dr. Carl Flynn, Dr. Dan Jandreau, Scott Walton, Matt Bouchard, Ryan Deprey, Ted Walker, Evan Susee, John Ouellette, Christopher Nadeau, Kyle Corrigan, Ben Rosser and Cameron Anderson.
A “Dream Team” with no female players would certainly be considered a “foul” decision — but that isn’t the case as Lady Legends Danielle Soucy, Brittany Doak, Meg Scott and Jenn Jose, are also on the “Dream Team” roster and will show they “got game” also.
This event promises to be a great family time and concessions will be available.
Advanced tickets are $7 and my be secured by contacting Paula DeMerchant at 325-1746; admission will be $8 at the door.
Project Graduation Committee members are proud to host a chemical free graduation party — keeping area graduates safe.
