Omer Vincent Davenport

Davenport, Omer Vincent, 72, Abington, Pa., at Abington, January 15, 2010. Relatives and friends will be received by his family on Wednesday evening from 7 to 9 p.m., in Schneider Funeral Home, Hatboro, Pa.     Omer Vincent Davenport of Warminster passed away on January 15, 2010 in Abington Memorial Hospital at the age of 72. He was born in Caribou, Maine a son of Alice (nee Guimond) and the late Bernard Davenport.
    Vincent was a U.S. Army Veteran and was a proud member of I.B.E.W. Local #98 and American Legion Post 15 in Caribou. In addition to his mother, Vincent is survived by five children; David Davenport and his wife, Diellen, Michaelle Crean and her husband, Patrick, Kelly Aquino and her husband, Kenneth, Karen Bistrek and her husband, John, Susan Lopez and her husband, Amilcar, nine grandchildren; Ben, Bailey, Dennis, Matthew, John, Nichole, Chad, Lauren and Miranda, two great-grandchildren, a sister, Marie Wilcox, dear friends, Nan Davenport and Darlene Davenport and a step-daughter, Susan Mulligan.
    Relatives and friends will be received by his family on Wednesday evening from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. in Schneider Funeral Home, 431 N. York Road, Hatboro. His interment will be private.
