    CARIBOU – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of October, 2009.
    Allyson N. Adams, 22, Caribou: robbery, three years in prison, all but nine months, one day suspended, two years’ probation; false public alarm or report, dismissed.     Travis J. Akerson, 28, Caribou: probation violation, 104 days in jail, probation partially revoked.
    Carlton M. Albert, 54, Frenchville: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.
    Melissa L. Bartlett, 26, Caribou: probation violation, 15 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Peter M. Beaulieu, 27, St. John Plt.: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, filed on $400 costs.
    Jean C. Bragdon, 36, Caribou: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine, one year in prison with all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation; operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Casey D. Clayton, 22, Caribou: probation violation, 20 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Joshua M. Disy, 27, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in prison with all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation.
    Stephen Drew Dyer, 29, Presque Isle: OUI, $700 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Ronnie L. Espling, 37, Presque Isle: criminal trespass (three counts), $300 fine (first count), 120 days in jail (each); criminal mischief, 120 days in jail; domestic violence assault, $300 fine and 120 days in jail; assault, $300 fine and 120 days in prison; criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, three years in prison with all but seven months suspended, two years’ probation and $7,061.31 restitution; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 120 days in jail; violating condition of release, 120 days in jail.
    Corey P. Gendreau, 28, Grand Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed on $300 costs.
    Michael M. Gordon, 20, Ashland: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed and violating condition of release, dismissed.
    Clifford J. Groder, Jr., 56, Madison: burglary, dismissed and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.
    Robert N. Guthrie, 22, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail; violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
    Christopher J. Johndro, 34, Limestone: burglary (two counts) (each) dismissed.
    Loraine J. Johnson, 42, Limestone: criminal mischief (two counts), 48 hours in jail (each) and domestic violence assault, dismissed.
    Travis G. Leavitt, 36, Limestone: aggravated assault, dismissed.
    Brian T. Lunney-Winger, 22, Easton: burglary; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer; robbery; assault, dismissed (all).
    Travis C. McDonald, 23, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed.
    Joselito Merced-Colon, 31, Madawaska: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed.
    Angel Montes, 22, Presque Isle: burglary, dismissed; domestic violence assault, $500 fine, 11 months in jail with all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation; obstructing report of crime, 15 days in jail; criminal mischief, 15 days in jail and violating condition of release, 15 days in jail.
    Douglas E. Ouellette, 24, Caribou: probation violation, three years in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued.    
    Charles R. Robinson, 29, Masardis: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    Christopher A. Sam, 22, Parsonsfield: burglary, dismissed and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.
    Richard P. Saucier, 48, Madawaska: failing to stop for officer, $500 fine and seven days in jail.
    Ralph F. Simard, 21, Presque Isle: stealing drugs and unlawful possession of scheduled drug (each) dismissed.
    Benjamin E. Small, 32, Presque Isle: burglary; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer; robbery; assault; dismissed (all).
    Lucas G. Sterris, 24, Fort Kent: operating after habitual offender revocation (two counts), dismissed (first), $1,000 fine and 30 days in jail (second).
    Jason Stiller, 33, Caribou: sexual abuse of minor (two counts), one year in prison with all suspended and one year probation (each).
    Nicholas Thibeault, 19, Madawaska: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, $6,000 restitution and 100 hours’ community service.
    Kevin Thibodeau, 27, Presque Isle: burglary, three years in jail with all but nine months suspended, two years’ probation and $500 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, nine months in jail.
    Anthony M. Vangel, 19, Mars Hill: assault, $300 fine and 20 days in jail.
    Curtis T. Zetterman, 46, Caribou: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon; reckless conduct; violating condition of release, dismissed (all).
