Formal co-ed volleyball meeting
    The Caribou Parks and Recreation Department will hold a meeting Thursday, Jan. 7 to form a formal co-ed volleyball league. The meeting will take place at the Caribou Wellness and Recreation Center gymnasium. Teams may be from surrounding areas. Games will take place Thursday nights.     Those interested in forming a team or playing on a team should attend.
Cross country ski trail season tickets
    Season tickets are on sale at the Caribou Wellness and Recreation Center for the 2010 cross country ski season. Tickets are $40 for a family, $35 for a couple, $20 for adults and $10 for students. The daily fee is $2 for adults and $1 for students. Children ages 9 and younger ski free. The trails are located by the Caribou Country Club, off Route 161, approximately three miles north of Caribou.
Big Rock lift tickets
    Lift tickets to Big Rock Ski Area are available through the recreation office. The cost is $24 for adults and $20 for juniors.
International Snowmobilers Festival passes on sale
    Passes for the International Snowmobilers Festival are on sale in the main office of the Caribou Wellness and Recreation Center. The festival will be held Feb. 5-7. The passes are $30 each. In order to purchase a pass, participants must provide proof of insurance, proof of passport and current state registration or provincial trail permit. For more information, visit www.isfim.net.
Bridge club
    The bridge club meets Wednesdays from noon-3 p.m. The fee is $1.50 per day.
