    John E. Albert, 68, Limestone: operating under the influence-1 prior, $700 fine, six months in jail, all but 14 days suspended, one year probation and 3-year license suspension.     Vincent T. Anderson, 44, Woodland: allowing minor to operate ATV in violation, $100 fine.
    Daniel Bernier, 59, Caswell: domestic violence assault, five months in jail, all but 25 days suspended and one year probation; and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
    Richard Blaisdell, 18, Connor Twp: driving to endanger, dismissed.
    Scott Breneman, 23, East Meadow, N.Y.: operating unregistered ATV, $100 fine.
    Miles Brown Jr., 19, Woodland: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed without costs.
    Michael W. Bull, 55, Washburn: displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, $250 fine.
    Casey D. Clayton, 22, Caribou: possession of marijuana, $350 fine.
    Matthew R. Cocheran, 18, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $125 costs; and operating unregistered ATV, $75 fine.
    Tyler Cote, 18, Limestone: criminal trespass, filed on $50 costs.
    Mark L. Crouch, 52, Caribou: OUI-1 prior, $700 fine, six months in jail, all but 10 days suspended and 3-year license suspension.
    Robert Crouch, 31, Caribou: hindering apprehension or prosecution, $600 fine.
    Dawn Cyr, 30, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked-prior, $250 fine.
    Cheryl Daigle, 37, New Canada: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $250 costs.
    Ronny Dewitt, 46, Connor Twp: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
    Wanda R. Dodd, 39, Caribou: unlawfully permitting the operation of ATV, $100 fine.
    Beth Ann Doody, 37, Washburn: theft by receiving stolen property and violating condition of release, both dismissed.
    Joshua R. Doody, 19, Washburn: theft by receiving stolen property and violating condition of release, both dismissed.
    Kristie Drost, 32, Washburn: allowing dog to be at large, $50 fine.
    Gabriel Q. Estabrook, 32, Caribou: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
    Dana Farley, 40, Caribou: OUI-1 prior, $900 fine, nine days in jail and 3-year license suspension.

    Brian T. Keenan, 31, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating condition of release, $125 fine (each).
    James Kickery, 28, Caribou: criminal threatening, $300 fine and two days in jail; assault, dismissed; and reckless conduct, $450 fine.
    Renee Lichterman, 23, Limestone: criminal mischief (two counts), 47 days in jail (each); and protective order from harassment violation, six months in jail, all but 47 days suspended, one year probation and $408.95 restitution.
    Casandra M. Little, 20, Caribou: minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.

    Danielle A. McQuarrie, 28, Madawaska: domestic violence assault and violating condition of release, filed on $62.50 costs (each).

    Bryan R. Ouellette, 19, Caribou: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.
    Jason Ouellette, 36, Stockholm: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 48 hours in jail.
    Tammy Paquette, 34, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine; and violating condition of release, $100 fine.
    Michael Parker, 20, Limestone: violating condition of release, $500 fine and five days in jail.
    Jared Michael Patane, 19, Limestone: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, 48 hours in jail; and assault, $300 fine and four days in jail.
    Tyler R. Pelletier, 18, Caribou: possession of tobacco products by a minor, $100 fine.
