    CARIBOU – The following cases were heard at the Caribou District Court for the month of August, 2009.
    Floyd Adams, 64, Limestone: operating under the influence-1 prior, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.     Tina Barts, 28, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $150 fine.
    Paul Bondeson, 65, New Sweden: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    Derek Bosse, 23, Caribou: ATV noise and fire control violation, $150 fine.
    Jean C. Bragdon, 36, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
    Chad F. Brescia, 33, Caribou: assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, fighting, $350 fine.
    Charles Burns, 44, Limestone: disorderly conduct, $500 fine; and violating condition of release, $200 fine.
    Diana M. Cameron, 47, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Kyle T. Damboise, 20, Caribou: attaching false plates, $100 fine.
    Clair A. Doody, 24, Woodland: criminal trespass, $200 fine.
    Jared Dyer, 19, Limestone: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
    Steven Guerrette, 18, Caribou: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
    Randy Hodsdon, 42, Caribou: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.
    Bryan Johnston, 50, Caribou: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Justin LaPlante, 23, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $125 costs.
    Ashlee Lawlor, 25, Limestone: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Kristin F. LeBlanc, 27, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed without costs.
    Basil E. Little Jr., 36, Caribou: burning without permit, $200 fine.
    Stanley MacArthur, 22, Caribou: furnishing liquor to a minor, filed on $450 costs.
    Andrew Mallozzi, 20, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed without costs.
    Adam Morin, 21, Caribou: operating vehicle without license, $75 fine.
    Katrina M. Morton, 42, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $125 costs.
    Patrick Murchison, 49, Caribou: violating protective order, $500 fine.
    Michael Olmstead, 30, Caribou: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
    Frank A. Patane III, 24, Connor Twp: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and $1,166.85 restitution.
    Edward Peckham, 48, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.
    Heather Pelletier, 26, Caribou: violating condition of release, $500 fine and 15 days in jail.
    Nicholas Pignatiello, 18, Wade: failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $250 fine.
    Ricardo Rivera, 22, Lakeland, Fla.: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed without costs.
    Tawfia Russell, 21, Limestone: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
    Harold P. Saunders, 26, Caribou: operating unregistered ATV, $100 fine.
    Michael St. Jean Jr., 29, Woodland: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $125 costs.
    Patrick D. Strainge, 18, Stockholm: operating ATV on public way, $100 fine.
    George Tamburello, 23, Limestone: disorderly conduct, $500 fine.
    Leon Tarbox, 45, Washburn: possession of marijuana, $450 fine.
    Joseph Thayer, 33, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $125 costs.
    Trevor D. Thibodeau, 25, Bangor: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine and 10 days in jail.
    Joshua M. Virtanen, 22, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and five days in jail.
