These kittens currently residing at a Halfway Home Foster Home will be available for adoption along with 14 others on Saturday, Oct. 17, from 2-4 p.m. at the home of Judy Robertson, 8 Pleasant St., in Caribou. They have been medically treated for exposure issues related to their abandonment. Two babies died soon after being rescued. Halfway Home Pet Rescue will have a booth in the cafeteria at the Caribou Arts & Craft Fair that same weekend. Halfway Home is desperate for people to bake and make items for their craft fair booth the same weekend, and items can be delivered to the Caribou Chamber of Commerce office from noon to 3 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 16. They are still in need of people to work the craft booth for 2- to 3-hour shifts on Oct 17th and 18th. FMI call 896-5650.
