The Caribou Middle School boys soccer team defeated Houlton and Fort Fairfield in matches played last week.

In the 3-1 win over Houlton Thursday, Dayne Savage scored a pair of goals and Kameron Manter notched a goal and an assist to lead Caribou’s offense.         Michael Boone and Austin Caverhill were the other Viking standout performers.     Against Fort Fairfield Saturday, Caribou turned in an excellent passing game despite the heavy winds in collecting a 5-1 verdict. Colby Holdsworth scored twice, while Matt Milliard, Alex Scott and Savage netted a goal apiece.
Greg Martin and Taylor Thibodeau played well on defense, while Alex Murchison, Mitch St. Peter, Devin Cyr, Dustin Bouchard and Brendan Cyr were other offensive contributors.
