The Midsommar Fest brochure contains an error regarding times for the Sunday morning community worship services and the “rain” location. According to Pastor Arnie Bolin of the Evangelical Covenant Church there will be two community worship services held Sunday, June 21, conducted at the three New Sweden churches.
The correct information should read: At 9 a.m. there will be a service at the First Baptist Church in New Sweden, primarily for those who prefer to worship indoors. At 10:30 a.m. there will be a service held in Thomas Park. In case of rain, this service will take place in the Covenant Church, not at the Gustaf Adoph Lutheran Church as stated in the brochure.
