I would hope to be an instrument of change for our community. Presently we have an opportunity to make progress regarding town improvement. I am interested with many aspects of our community, the hiring of a community development director, the development of the adult park with town clock the Rotary Club has endeavored to see completed, seeing to fruition the library expansion, the situation with our town roads the state government has bestowed upon us also needs to be addressed. I would strive to be an advocate for everyone. This is why I would make the best choice for selectperson.

I am a self-made business person, co-owner of Morin Sanitation and Paul’s Sub Shop. With experience in the legal field, management, and with knowledge of the business field, I feel that I can bring new ideas to the management team and together, we can change this town around. I will approach my efforts with common sense and view things with reality while always considering the town’s best interest. I want to see changes in this town just as much as the rest of the residents; town management must work together as a team to make these changes reality.

What can I say about Limestone? A lot of townspeople are worried about the future! They are looking at Limestone’s Vision 2020, with a new town center and a 42-foot moose statue. I believe we need to look at 2010 and the budget crunch that the Governor is imposing on all small municipalities with the new tax referendum. I chose Limestone. it didn’t choose me! I believe that Limestone needs a fresh look into the future, which is why I’m running for the Board of Selectmen!

I have served as a Limestone Selectperson for one term and wish to serve the people of Limestone for another. The residents who known me or know of me, know that I am truly concerned with business growth and education stability of the LCS/MSSM. Through fostering relationships, I hope to see growth in both areas while supporting all establishments currently in town. I bring an open and neutral position to all meetings and support those items that will best serve our town. With a better understanding of town government functions, I hope to better serve and represent Limestone.
