    Jillian R. Adams, 32, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed on $400 costs.
    Andrew P. Allen, 46, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, dismissed.     Jennifer L. Ayotte, 26, Houlton: stealing drugs, six months in jail; burglary, three years in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation.
    Donald A. Baker, 70, Fort Kent Mills: operating under the influence, $1,000 fine, 210-day license suspension; operating vehicle without license-cond/restric., $500 fine.
    Jesse S. Bard, 27, Presque Isle: assault, dismissed.
    Dicky Belanger, 34, Madawaska: sexual abuse of minor (two counts), 18 months in prison, all but 90 days suspended, three years’ probation (first) and 30 days in jail (second); unlawful sexual touching, 30 days in jail
    Shaylynn M. Bither, 38, Presque Isle: OUI-no test, $600 fine, 96 hours in jail; 90-day license suspension; refusing to sign uniform summons complaint, 48 hours in jail.
    Robert E. Bowring, Jr., 26, Ashland: assault, dismissed; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, dismissed.
    Rock A. Boynton, 48, Fort Fairfield: gross sexual assault (two counts), dismissed,
    Merle L. Buckingham, 37, Ashland: arson, dismissed; reckless conduct, $400 fine; criminal mischief, $400 fine.
    Benjamin R. Cain, 29, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $200 costs.
    Bobbie Jo Cameron, 40, Limestone: assault, dismissed; violating condition of release (three counts),  all dismissed.
    Michael Carvell, 42, Westfield: assault, dismissed.
    Joshua J. Clark, 25, Mars Hill: OUI-one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail, three years’ license suspension, registration suspended; operating vehicle without license-cond/restric., dismissed.
    Casey D. Clayton, 21, Caribou: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
    Christopher D. Condon, 32, Portage: unlawful sexual contact, dismissed; unlawful sexual touching, 364 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended and one years’ probation.
    Kimberly Rae Corey, 40, Limestone: domestic violence assault, $300 fine, six months in jail, all suspended and one years’ probation.
    Jason J. Davenport, 36, Fort Kent: furnishing liquor to minor, $200 fine; criminal trespass, $200 fine; violating condition of release (two counts), 30 days in jail (first), 10 days in jail (second); criminal mischief, 30 days in jail; criminal conspiracy (two counts), both dismissed; and violating protective order, 10 days in jail.
    Sherry Marie Deschaine, 42, Eagle Lake: OUI-one prior, $1,100 fine, 30 days in jail, three years’ license suspension and registration suspension.
    Keith J. Dionne, 43, Fort Kent: disorderly conduct, fighting, filed on $100 costs.
    Raymond T. Farris, 43, Ashland: assault, dismissed;  obstructing report of crime, $300 fine.
    William Fitzherbert, 52, Washburn: domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $200 fine.
    Autumn R. Fox, 26, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine and 20 days in jail.
    Robert C. Fox, 47, Connor TWP: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, filed no cost;OUI-one prior, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Samuel J. Fox, 31, Presque Isle: cultivating marijuana, $400 fine and ten days in jail.
    Michael R. Gallagher, 29, Presque Isle: operating while license is suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Robert S. Gilliam, 23, Caribou: burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, five months in jail and $85 restitution.
    Scott Grondin, 27, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, filed on $300 costs.
    Robert N. Guthrie, 21, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $400 fine.
    Vicki Hewitt, 39, Connor TWP: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Joshua J. Holmes, 22, Easton: theft by unauthorized use of property, and failing to make oral or written accident report, both filed without costs.
    Guy E. Howes, 42, Ashland: OUI-one prior, $1,100 fine, 30 hours in jail, three years’ license suspension and registration suspended.
    Donald E. Kirkbride, 38, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, $300 fine, 60 days in jail, all suspended and two years’ probation; domestic violence terrorizing, dismissed.
    Adam L. Lafland, 28, Mapleton: assault, $300 fine, 60 days in jail, all suspended and two years’ probation.
    Frank M. Lavway, 60, Presque Isle: unlawful furnishing scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine, two months in prison, all but 10 days suspended, one years’ probation and $290 restitution (first), $400 fine and 10 days in jail (second).
    Jason L. Leavitt, 40, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,500 fine, 40 months in prison, all but six months suspended, three years’ probation and $36 restitution.
    Sean J. Lizotte, 39, Allagash: failure to timely register bear, deer, moose, turkey, filed on $33 costs; failure to carry license, $100 fine; hunting or possessing animal or bird-closed season, filed on $33 costs and guide knowingly assisting client in criminal violation, filed on $34 costs.
    Ashley L. Lopez, 20, Caribou: criminal trespass; domestic violence assault, $300 fine, violating condition of release, seven days in jail-(each count).
    Dorne H. Lovely II, 44, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    Calvin W. Lunn, 54, Caribou: failure to yield right of way, filed on $150 costs.
    Brian T. Lunney-Winger, 21, Easton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $500 fine and 120 days in jail (each); operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine and violating condition of release, 120 days in jail.
    Travis R. Lyons, 25, Masardis: reckless conduct, filed on $33 costs; criminal mischief, filed on $33 costs and driving to endanger, filed on $34 costs.
    Gregory Lee Mahaffey, 26, Landsdale, Pa: OUI, $800 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    Joshua A. Martin, 21, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
    Jess M. McBreairty, 45, Allagash: shooting from motor vehicle or motorboat, three days in jail; hunting or possessing moose during closed season, $1,000 fine and three days in jail; night hunting, cultivating marijuana and criminal mischief, all dismissed.
    Sarah McBreairty, 20, Caribou: probation violation, 18 months in prison, probation revoked.
    James R. Michaud, 26, Hermon: assault, dismissed.
    Janie Moore, 47, Limestone: terrorizing,
    Myles P. Ouellette, 23, Van Buren: operating while license suspended or revoked-prior, $500 fine; unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $1,000 fine.
    Jason Paul Perry, 34, Presque Isle: assault, dismissed; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine and 60 days in jail, all suspended; violating condition of release, $750 fine and 10 days in jail; tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, dismissed.
    Elizabeth A. Richardson, 29, Mapleton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (three counts), $1,050 fine, five years in prison, all but 30 days suspended, three years’ probation, $1,750 restitution and 150 hours community service (first); $400 fine and 30 days in jail (second and third).
    Edmond Rossignol, 40, Connor TWP: probation violation, seven months in jail and probation revoked.
    John A. Sam, 20, Caribou: probation violation, 18 months in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Inza N. Sharp, 58, Castle Hill: OUI, $750 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    Jennifer Simonds, 31, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (six counts), four months in jail (each count); burglary (four counts), four years in jail, all but 135 days suspended, two years’ probation and $11,593 restitution (first), four months in jail (second, third and fourth counts); criminal mischief, four months in jail.
    Jamie J. Sneddon, 25, Fort Fairfield: aggravated criminal trespass, dismissed; domestic violence assault, $500 fine, 364 days in jail, all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation; domestic violence stalking, 90 days in jail; violating condition of release (two counts), 90 days in jail; (first) and dismissed (second); terrorizing, 90 days in jail.
    Bonnie Sutton, 52, Presque Isle: assault, filed on $100 costs.
    Stephen E. Tarbox, 42, Fort Fairfield: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, 50 hours of community service.
    Dustin Taylor, 22, Caribou: burglary, dismissed; criminal mischief, $250 fine, 30 days in jail; criminal trespass,  and 30 days in jail.
    Arthur Tozier, 30, Baileyville: kidnapping, dismissed; terrorizing, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing,  50 days in jail; domestic violence assault, 50 days in jail.
    Sean M. Wadlington, 26, Mars Hill: trafficking in dangerous knives, $350 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, 30 days in jail and $9.99 restitution; violating condition of release, five days in jail.
    James A. Walker, 30, Fort Fairfield: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.
    Terrance L. Weeks, 54, Bangor: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    TJ Scott Winslow, 31, Mapleton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (three counts), $1,050 fine, five years in prison, all but 30 days suspended, three years’ probation, $1,750 restitution and 150 hours community service (first); $400 fine and 30 days in jail (second and third).
