CARIBOU – The following cases were heard in Aroostook Superior Court in Caribou for the month of September, 2008.
Shawn G. Bernard, 26, Caribou: unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed. Amy L. Bouchard, 26, Caribou: probation violation, nine months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Shawn W. Bragg, 24, Washburn: probation violation, 75 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Kevin W. Campbell, 42, Fort Fairfield: operating ATV under the influence, dismissed.
Tyler L. Dennett, 26, Mapleton: trafficking or furnishing imitation scheduled drug, $500 fine and four months in jail; theft by deception-priors, two years in prison with all but four months suspended and one year probation; violating condition of release, four months in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer-priors, four months in jail.
Raymond T. Farris, 43, Ashland: violating condition of release, $250 fine.
Cinderella Garvey, 44, Presque Isle: arson, 70 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Dustin K. Giles, 23, Caribou: probation violation, 20 months in jail and probation partially revoked; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 364 days in jail with $110 restitution.
Marie L. Godin, 48, Connor Twp.: acquiring drugs by deception, dismissed.
Steven L. Graves, 21, Fort Fairfield: illegal possession of firearm or crossbow, dismissed.
Jesse W. Hall, 29, Caribou: robbery, dismissed.
Henry C. Jolly, 27, Woodland: probation violation, 17 months in prison and probation revoked; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine and 20 months in prison.
Gregory J. Labreck, 41, Van Buren: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed with $500 court costs.
Ronald J. Legassie Jr., 39, Presque Isle: operating under the influence (OUI), $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
Dean G. Levasseur, 20, Caribou: criminal mischief, filed with $25 court costs; violating condition of release, filed with $25 court costs.
Jessica L. London, 28, Hodgdon: negotiating a worthless instrument, dismissed.
Craig A. MacFarline, 35, Mapleton: forgery, dismissed.
Tyler P. Maynard, 19, Washburn: probation violation, 36 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Frederick G. Moore, 47, Presque Isle: violating protective order, $250 fine.
Tristan S. Nelson, 29, Madawaska: criminal trespass, 10 days in jail.
Jill A. Nickerson, 20, Presque Isle: theft by receiving stolen property, filed with $25 court costs; forgery, filed with $25 court costs.
Joey Pelletier, 31, St. David: OUI — three-plus priors, $2,100 fine, six months in jail, six-year license suspension and registration suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked — OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail, three-year license suspension and registration suspension; criminal mischief, seven days in jail; criminal mischief, 60 days in jail; terrorizing, 60 days in jail; criminal trespass, 60 days in jail.
Nicolette A. Reney, 44, Washburn: assault, $500 fine.
Paul G. Roy, 21, St. David: assault, filed with $300 courts costs.
Darryl I. Sherwood, 58, Fort Fairfield: probation violation (two counts), seven months in jail and probation revoked (first) and $250 fine (second).
Vaughn A. Spaulding, 45, Newburgh: OUI – no test, two prior, dismissed.
Sheila Tarr, 54, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, nine months in jail with all but 13 days suspended, two years’ probation and $5,500 restitution.
Lindsey Rae Turner, 27, Fort Fairfield: unlawful possession of oxycodone, 10 months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued; disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, three days in jail.
Chandler L. Tuttle, 27, Mapleton: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed with $250 court costs.
William J. Wilcox, 44, Caribou: burglary, eight years with all but four years suspended and three years ‘probation; domestic violence assault, $300 fine and nine months in jail; violating protective order, $300 fine and nine months in jail; criminal restraint, $300 fine and 364 days in jail.
