Doris was born in Caribou, Maine on July 10, 1930, the daughter of Donovan and Bessie Buzzell Todd. She was educated in the Caribou school system, graduating in 1948. Doris moved with her family to Passadumkeag, Maine in 1948. In 1950 she moved to Connecticut, where she worked at Pratt and Witney Aircraft; retiring in 1985. She later moved to Zephyrhills, Florida. She passed away on October 10th at Westbrooke Manor, Zephyrhills.
She is survived by one brother, Donovan Todd Jr., two sisters, Barbara Foster and Myrthe Stevens all of Zephyrhills. Nephews: Thomas and Vicky Todd, Donovan III and Cindy, Michael Stevens and Bonnie, Decker Todd, Todd Stevens, Alan Stevens, Newcomb and Roseanne Stevens Jr., nieces: Ruthann and John Weeks, Gloria and William Autrey, June and Eric Nelson, Debra and Ed Fontaine, Barbara and Lewis Drake, Linda and Albert DiMillo, many great neices, nephews and friends.
Her interment will be in Maine at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gulf Side Regional Hospice, 37826 Sky Ridge Circle, Dade City, FL 33525.
