Caribou – Christopher J. Jalbert, 25, died unexpectedly September 8, 2008, at a Caribou hospital. He was born in Caribou March 18, 1983, the son of the late Anthony and Sarah (Jalbert) Weddle. Chris attended the Caribou schools and was employed as a software tester at ATX in Caribou.
He is survived by his adoptive grandfather Gerald Jalbert of Caribou, two brothers and sisters-in-law Edward and Margaret Jalbert of Shawnee, KS and James and Kim Jalbert of Caribou; two nieces Lexie and Hailie and a nephew Brady; many aunts, uncles and cousins. Chris was predeceased by his parents and his adoptive grandmother Dolores Jalbert.
Funeral services were held 11 a.m., Thursday, September 11, 2008, from the chapel of the Mockler Funeral Home, with the V.Rev. Jean-Paul Labrie, officiating. Interment took place in the New Holy Rosary Cemetery. For online register please go to www.mocklerfuneralhome.com.
