3:32 a.m. Cary Medical Center — Agency Assistance — Police were advised that two Limestone police officers were at Cary Medical Center with a male subject who was making comments to the effect that he wanted ‘suicide by cop,” making references to making the officers shoot him. LPD officers requested another officer be present. Action — Officer will assist as needed.
10:57 a.m. Bennett Drive — Criminal Mischief — Caller reporting someone had thrown a brick through the front window.
Action — Officer spoke with caller and found the north side window had been broken by a basketball-sized rock. Estimate of damages will be reported.
2p.m. Cary Medical Center — Disorderly Conduct — Caller from Cary Medical Center requested an officer come to the emergency room to quiet down a male subject who had been assigned to another facility. Limestone Police officers had left the area and there was no one present to assist with subject.
Action — Officer responded and would stand by until LPD returned to take care of the issue.
7:57 p.m. Sweden Street — Intoxicated Pedestrian — A caller from a local business requested police remove an intoxicated subject from the driveway of the business.
Action — A male individual was trying to give subject a ride but was refused. Officer sent subject on his way.
8:45 p.m. Buck Road — Motor Vehicle Complaint — A male caller advised he was coming back from Presque Isle with his wife who was traveling across the Buck Road when a vehicle started tailgating her. Caller wished to have operator charged with tailgating.
Action — Officer said they would speak with driver; caller insisted police call him and let him know when they would charge the other operator. Officer informed caller there would be no charge at that time as he (caller) could not identify the driver. Both plate numbers given by caller came back ‘not on file.’
10:30 p.m. Hatch Drive — Disorderly Conduct — Police were requested to respond to the area outside of a local business for a disorderly conduct incident.
Action — Officers responded and spoke with an intoxicated male subject advising him to leave the area due to his behavior. Subject left temporarily then attempted to return inside the business but officer gave him a ride home.
12:p.m Otter Street — Theft — Caller advised police that he has a vehicle for sale sitting at a storage shed at 14 Otter Street and someone had cut the catalytic converter from the vehicle over the last several days. Vehicle was a F-350.
7:45 p.m. Madawaska Road — Criminal Trespass — Female caller advised a male subject was there and would not leave, saying he was there regarding a dispute with her son. Subject had been advised by the State Police the matter was civil.
Action — Subject was gone when officer arrived at the residence. The State Police officer will advise subject not to return.
2:10 p.m. Summit Avenue — Phone Harassment — A male individual came to the police department stating that a female had text messaged him and she had a protection order served on him yesterday. Male was advised the order is against him, not her. He asked that she be told not to contact him again.
Action — Police advised male to seek a protection order if he feels this action will continue. Officer spoke with female subject. Asking her about the text message. Female said it must have been sent by mistake because it was in the third person. She will remove his phone number from her cell phone immediately so this can’t happen again.
11:32 p.m. Country Road — Suspicious Activity — A male caller stated he would see someone going through a vehicle with a flashlight.
Action — Officer spoke with subject who identified themselves as a family member looking for their wallet.
1:08 a.m. Skyway Plaza — Disorderly Conduct — Caller advised police that someone had just gotten hit in a local business and it appeared that the altercation was going to continue in the parking lot.
Action — Police were able to determine both the aggressor and the victim of the fight.
4:50 a.m. Country Road — Motor Vehicle Complaint — Caller informed police of hearing a vehicle come down over the hill by his residence and by the sound he could tell that the operator was braking pretty hard to maneuver around the corner; caller was not sure the vehicle completed the turn.
Action — Officer checked the area and did not see where any vehicle had gone off the road.
5:09 a.m. Grove Street — Motor Vehicle Complaint — Caller advised he had just been awakened by someone spinning doughnuts in his front yard.
Action — Officer checked the area and found no vehicles were in the area.
5:30 a.m. River Road — Motor Vehicle Complaint — Caller stated someone in a vehicle described as in the previous call had just been in his yard spinning doughnuts and said he wasn’t sure if subjects had gone into one of his buildings or not; vehicle was law seen heading toward Fort Fairfield.
Action — Police would check the area and watch for described vehicle; would also notify Fort Fairfield Police Department. Officer later located vehicle and had a pursuit on the Baird Road.
7:52 p.m. Sweden Street — Intoxicated Pedestrian — Police were advised of an intoxicated female walking toward Washburn Street on Summer Street. A second call reported the same subject in the church parking lot area.
Action — Officer located female subject who was very intoxicated and belligerent. Officer contacted a female relative who would come and pick subject up.
12:33 High Street — Disorderly Conduct — Caller stated the occupants in an upstairs apartment were arguing and keeping her awake.
Action — Officers spoke with two subjects. Apparently the daughter of one of the subjects was there and was the source of the disturbance. Daughter left; no further problems should arise.
11:24 a.m. Route 1 — Motor Vehicle Complaint — Caller reported a brown SUV traveling at a high rate of speed on Route 1, passing vehicles unsafely.
Action — Officer stopped the subject vehicle at the intersection of the Dow Siding Road and issued operator a warning.
