Image    Caribou – Helen McLaughlin, 69, wife of the late Charles McLaughlin died July 9, 2008, at Van Buren. She was born in Caribou, May 28, 1939, the daughter of the late Reuben and Anna (Paradis) Saunders.
    She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law; Charles and Belinda McLaughlin of Woodland and Danny and Linda McLaughlin of Caribou. One sister and brother-in-law Carolyn and Ken Pennock of California. Three brothers and sisters-in-law; Rodney and Dottie Saunders of Limestone, Ransford and Cory Saunders of Caribou, and Daryl and Sue Saunders of New York. Five grandchildren; Mike and his wife Jeannie, Jeannie and her significant other Andrew, Jennifer and her husband Jay, Danielle and her husband Nicholas and Nathan. 10 great-grandchildren; Miranda, Monica, Logan, Krysta, Faith, Jasmine, Haley, Daniel, Brandon and Landon. Many nieces and nephews. Mrs. McLaughlin was predeceased by her husband, Charles in 1994 and a son, Roger in 1996.
    Graveside services were held 3 p.m. Saturday, July 12, 2008, at the Woodland Cemetery with Pastor Ron Rosser officiating.
