Gov. Baldacci and Sen. Collins speak on flooding

Also touring the region were U.S. Sen. Olympia J. Snowe, and Reps. Mike Michaud and Tom Allen. The governor has asked that the state be declared a diaster in order that federal funds may be accessed to help Aroostook County recover from the flooding.
