Chapter 0233 of Take Off Pounds Sensibly met for its Friday, June 6 meeting at the Aldergate building on High Street. Diane Folsom was in charge. Secretary Cheryl Driscoll and weight recorder Joanne Scott gave their individual reports. Fifteen ladies were weighed and two of this number were KOPS (Keep Off Pounds Sensibly).
Loser of the week was Brenda Lacostic with Cheryl and the challenger as runners-up. The skinny dish and 50-50 raffle were both taken home by the challenger. Brenda, who has charge of the new contest, collected our menus for the week. Janette Nelson gave her monthly financial report.
Diane read a letter by Jeff Speller, Division 1, first place winner, losing 123 pounds. Jeff hails from Lewiston.
