9:09 a.m. — ACO Virgie responded to Bowdoin St. for an animal complaint.
9:39 a.m. — Officer York responded to Mill St. to investigate a report of harassment.

10:29 p.m. — Sgt. Wampler responded to Kendall St. to arrest three people: a 47-year-old Houlton female, Toni Bulley, for disorderly conduct and violating condition of release; a 47-year-old Houlton female, Deborah Polchies, for disorderly conduct; and a 38-year-old Smyrna female, Jennifer Cote, for violating conditions of release. He also issued a summons for sales and use of drug paraphernalia.
