The Houlton Rotary Club recently provided funding for the Adopt A Block of Aroostook program from proceeds from the annual Rotary auction.
The financial assistance will be used for the group’s “Choices after-school program,” providing them with mobile computer desks and the “Mommy and Me” program which includes tumbling mats and wedges. Many children will benefit from this donation. Taking part in the check presentation are Tammy Goetsch, Adopt A Block representative, and Lori Weston, Rotary president.
