Robert Earl Brewer, 21, Linneus: theft by unauthorized use of property, 14 days in jail, all suspended, one-year administrative release sentence and $347.37 restitution; and negotiating a worthless instrument, 30 days in jail, all suspended, one-year administrative release sentence and $799.91 restitution.
Robert G. Brooks, 57, Palmyra: failing to register vehicle, $100 fine.
Brittany Caron, 25, Houlton: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, filed on $200 costs.
Colby C. Clark, 23, New Limerick: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail.
David Clark, 52, Arundel: OUI, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
Lee Dana Crandall, 29, Oakfield: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, $250 fine and 24 hours in jail.
Kevin G. Cummings, 22, Houlton: assault, $500 fine.
Robert H. Dubay, 45, Presque Isle: rule violation, operating over 11-hour rule, $250 fine.
Joseph S. Fisher, Jr., 23, Farmingdale: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
