SACAP announces exhibit opening

    With the support of SACAP, Community Living Association is proud to announce its first art exhibit to be held at the Blue Moon Gallery located at Visions Art Gallery.
    The exhibit will include an eclectic mix of creative expressions submitted by clients and staff. CLA is a local agency serving adults with intellectual and physical disabilities.

    With the help of a dedicated staff and community resources, our clients have been able to create amazing interpretations of life.
    The exhibit will open with a reception on Dec. 13 from 5-7 p.m. at Visions Art Gallery and will run through Jan. 18.  The sale of the artwork will be by donation and all proceeds will go towards the continued support of creative arts at Community Living Association.
    Southern Aroostook Cultural Arts Project (SACAP), a non-profit, volunteer organization, was founded in 1999. Their mission is to foster a flourishing arts community in Northern Maine, creating an exciting cultural environment and a voice for arts and artists.
    The Visions Art Gallery is located at 66 Main St, Houlton.  The hours are Tuesday – Friday: noon-5pm and Saturday: 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
