Playoffs are looming as teams jockey for position within the Heal Point Standings.
Results of games played from Sept. 17-23 are as follows:
Shead 7, East Grand 3 — The host Tigers picked up their first win of the season over East Grand. John Cushing scored two of his three goals in the first half, along with Drew Greenlaw, who scored twice in the opening half.

East Grand, still winless, had goals from Kyle Gilman, Kenneth Winiarski and Logan Crone. Goalie Thomas Gilman had 12 saves on 19 shots faced.
For Shead, netkeeper Ryan Eylar had 11 saves on 14 shots.
Houlton 1, Orono 0 — Jake Drew scored the gamewinner for Houlton on a direct kick with 3:49 remaining in the game on Saturday in Houlton. Houlton goalie Kole Buzzeo had one save on one shot, while Orono keeper Alik Espling stopped four of seven shots.
SACS 7, Katahdin 0 — Last Friday in Dyer Brook, the Warriors dominated the play as Cody Lassonde scored three times and Alex White scored his first career goal. Cameron Landry, Jackson Mathers and Parker Walker each scored a goal, with Trent Cullinan adding two assists.
SACS’ goalie, Austin White, had one save, while his counterparts for Katahdin, TJ Young and Dennis Sommers combined for 16 saves.
SACS improves to 4-2, with Katahdin dropping to 0-5.
Hodgdon 5, Limestone/MSSM 3 — Last Thursday, the Hawks scored three first-half goals to pick up a win. Daden Palmer scored a goal and assist, while Keegan Gardner and Jimmy Buzzell each scored on penalty kicks. Buzzell also scored on a Palmer pass and Chris Hudson added an unassisted tally.

Blake Woods racked up 23 saves, while Limestone’s Sam Kupiec had 18 saves.
Hodgdon 2, East Grand 1 — In a tight game last Wednesday in Danforth, the Hawks’ Devin Quint and Chris Hudson provided the winning margin.
Alex Stoddard had the lone goal for East Grand.
Houlton 4, Lee Academy 0 — The Shiretowners blanked visiting Lee Academy last Wednesday behind single goals by Gage Hunt, Isaac Cone, Jacob Worthley and Dan Howe. Houlton goalie Buzzeo made one save on one shot, while his counterpart for Lee had 14 saves on 35 shots faced.
Katahdin 1, CAHS 5 — Last Thursday, the Central Aroostook Panthers used scoring from Dustin Pryor (two goals and two assists); Austin Caverhill, a goal and assist; Caleb Dube, a goal and two assists, and Corey Richardson, a goal, to overpower the host Cougars.
Forrest Heath scored for Katahdin. Goalie T.J. Young had 13 saves, while CAHS keeper Spencer Garrison had six saves.
Woodland 4, East Grand 1 — In Danforth last Friday, Tanner White, Damon Lincoln, Mitchell Grimanis and Tyler Chochran each had a goal in Woodland’s win.
Logan Crone scored for winless East Grand.
