Cleola M. Russell, age 64, of Hot Springs, Arkansas, formerly of Maine, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, September 7, 2013. She was born October 10, 1948 in Monticello, Maine, to Roy and Bertha Todd Lenentine. She was a member of Nazarene Missionary Baptist Church in Hot Springs and a former member of New Limerick Freewill Baptist Church in New Limerick. She was a nurse for over thirty years. She loved and cherished her family.
She was preceded by her parents; her husband, Dale Russell; her siblings, Charlotte Melvin, Irma Brewer, Dorothy Sparks, Wilda Edwards and Pat Lenentine.
Survivors include two daughters, Heidi Lenentine of Houlton, and Maria (Kenny) Danner of Hot Springs; her siblings, Whitney Lenentine, Donald Lenentine, Gloria Meserve, Winona (Jerry) Potvin, Pearl Grant, Ruth (Frank) Mitchell; her grand-children, Melinda Boxwell, Hailey and Wayne Morley, Isaiah Martin, Rashaad, Le’Marion, Jasiah and Mercy Danner; one great-grandchild, Christopher Richardson.
A celebration of life service was held at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 14, 2013 at Nazarene Baptist Church, 220 Silver Street, Hot Springs, AR, with Rev. James F. Lambert, Jr. officiating. At her request she will be laid to rest in Maine on Saturday, September 21, 2013.
