Gary and Marilyn (Brown) Langley celebrates anniversary

Gary and Marilyn (Brown) Langley of Madawaska Lake celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Aug. 11 in Stockholm. Marilyn is originally from Presque Isle, while Gary is originally from Caribou. A party was given in their honor by their three daughters — Cindy Michaud of Linneus, Pamela Danforth and Paula Richards. Family and friends from across the country attended the event on Aug. 9. The next day Gary and Marilyn renewed their vows at the Methodist Church in Caribou, which was followed by a reception.
