    HOULTON — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of June.
    Bryan Clark, 24, Houlton: theft by receiving stolen property, $250 fine; harassment by telephone and falsifying physical evidence, dismissed (each).

    Jammie Dickinson, 28, Amity: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), dismissed (first), $400 fine, five years in prison, all but 12 months suspended, two-year probation and $4,000 restitution (second); and endangering the welfare of a child, 90 days in jail.
    James Grant, 19, Monticello: unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two-year probation.
    January E. Jones, 24, Houlton: forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 60 days in jail (each).
    Angela Jordan, 33, Bridgewater: assault, $300 fine.
    Troy P. Lausier, 35, Van Buren: failing to report, nine months one day in prison.
    Brittany S. Long, 24, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug and violating condition of release, dismissed (each).
    George H. Mazzacco, 20, Bangor: burglary, dismissed.
    John D. Miller, 50, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed without costs.
    Brian Nickerson, 56, Houlton: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    Chester J. Scott, 23, Littleton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and aggravated criminal mischief, two years in prison (each); and burglary, two years in prison and $4,000 restitution.
    Andrew T. Stewart, 36, Hodgdon: operating vehicle without license (two counts), dismissed (each).
    Gerald A. Thomas, 77, Smyrna Mills: rule violation (two counts), not guilty (each).
    Jesse Varney, 22, Houlton: burglary, dismissed; criminal mischief, 364 days in prison, all but 30 days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail.
