HOULTON — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of April.
Adam Anderson, 24, Macwahoc: operating after habitual offender revocation (two counts), $500 fine and 30 days in jail (each); and violating condition of release (two counts), 30 days in jail (each).
Justin L. Barry, 26, Houlton: probation violation, 15 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Jayde L. Boyd, 20, Machias: unlawful possession of oxycodone; unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts); and violating condition of release, dismissed (each).
Stefanie S. Brewer, 40, Portland: probation violation, 30 months in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Jamie P. Burns, 41, Presque Isle: probation violation, two years in prison and probation revoked.
Tracy J. Crone, 31, Danforth: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed (each).
Barry A. Goodall, 29, Houlton: probation violation, 40 months in prison and probation revoked; attaching false plates, 90 days in jail; operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail; using counterfeit vehicle inspection sticker, and forgery, 90 days in jail (each); unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine, four years in prison, all suspended and two years’ probation; and violating condition of release, unconditional discharge.
Raymond L. McCrary, 47, Linneus: assault, $300 fine and three days in jail.
Jamison M. Rocheleau, 40, Bridgewater: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; trafficking in prison contraband, two years in prison; unlawful possession of hydrocodone, unlawful possession of scheduled drug; and unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine and two years in prison (each).
Gary L. Sanders, 59, Linneus: unlawful sexual contact (two counts), 10 years in prison, all but five years suspended and three years probation (first), 10 years in prison, all suspended and three years probation (second); and violating condition of release, three months in prison.
Chester J. Scott, 23, Littleton: probation violation, two years in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Ricki J. Shields, 40, Smyrna: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine.
Timothy Small, 20, Smyrna Mills: probation violation, 38 days in jail, probation partially revoked, and probation continued.
Mark Stetson, 43, Bridgewater: criminal solicitation (three counts), 10 years in prison (first, second), 20 years in prison, all but 10 years suspended and four years probation (third).
