Ethel Schools was honored April 27 with an open house by her nine children on her 90th birthday at the Southern Aroostook Agricultural Museum in Littleton. Several
generations of the Schools family attended along with friends, neighbors and members of the greater Houlton area. Ethel and her late husband Lawrence raised 10 children, including the late Tom Schools, in Littleton and all attended the former Littleton Consolidated School which is now the museum. Celebrating the day with their mother are from left, David Schools, Ethel Mersereau, Mrs. Schools and Joyce Schools.
