Katahdin Elementary School held student-led conferences on March 13. During student-led conferences, students share with their parents/guardians their portfolios. Portfolios consist of self-evaluations completed by the student. Students
reflect on their strengths and weaknesses. Goals are set for self-improvement. The student leads the conference. In this picture, Wesley Richardson, a fourth grader, shares his portfolio with his mother, Samantha Richardson. Wesley is a student in Crystal Sirois’ classroom.
