HOULTON, Maine — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Houlton during the month of October.
Eugene H. Albright Sr., 81, New Limerick: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
Corey A. Alexander, 34, Monticello: operating vehicle without license, $250 fine.
Michael Betts, 36, Littleton: operating while license suspended or revoked and possessing suspended driver’s license, filed on $100 costs (each).
    Robert Earl Brewer, 20, Linneus: negotiating a worthless instrument, 30 days jail, all suspended, one- year administrative release sentence and $799.91 restitution.
Craig Buxton, 20, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (eight counts), 60 days jail (each); burglary of a motor vehicle (nine counts), 60 days jail  (each); and burglary of a motor vehicle, 364 days jail, all but 60 days suspended, one-year administrative release sentence and $690 restitution.
Gloria A. Cahill, 46, Medway: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
John W. Campagna, 27, Monticello: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine and $56.66 restitution.
Christopher Brady Carmichael, 25, Houlton: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
Bryan Clark, 24, Houlton: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
Ryan J. Cole, 19, Smyrna: minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.
Arthurine D. Colter, 67, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.
George W. Cottle, 50, Macwahoc: OUI, $500 fine, four days in jail and 90-day license suspension.
Michael Edward Dechane, 60, Littleton: criminal trespassing, $100 fine.
Charles E. Dunning, 35, Portland: burning prohibited material, $100 fine.
Elisha M. Folkins, 29, Houlton: attaching false plates, $200 fine.
Randy Travis Folsom, 24, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Gary L. Fowler Jr., 19, Houlton: minor transporting drugs, $200 fine and 30-day license suspension; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
Joel A. Frigon, 32, Dover-Foxcroft: motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, $400 fine.
Amber L. Getchell, 20, Chapman: operating vehicle without a license, dismissed; and violating condition of release, $200 fine.
Erick C. Goff, 38, Monticello: theft by unauthorized use of property, $50 fine and $409.44 restitution.
Craig Goodall, 18, Houlton; allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, $1,000 fine.
Meredith S. Greene, 33, Houlton, probation violation, prior, 60 days in jail and probation revoked.
Cynthia Anne Harquail, 47, Dalhousie, Nova Scotia: motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed.
Dale Henderson, 27, Houlton: OUI, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
Robert E. Henderson, 22, Linneus: littering, $100 fine.
Edwin R. Howard, 53, Sherman: obstructing report of crime, 15 days in jail; domestic violence assault (two counts), 15 days in jail (first), 60 days in jail, all but 15 days suspended and two years’ probation (second); and false swearing, 30 days in jail.
Joshua R. Jacobs, 22, Island Falls: assault, $300 fine and 20 hours’ community service.
