Superior Court

    The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of October.
    Richard Adams, 54, Houlton: probation violation, $300 fine, 364 days in jail, all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation.
    Brett W. Currie, 52, Hodgdon: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, acquitted; and assault, $300 fine and 30 days in jail.
    Justin T. Michaud, 26, Presque Isle: failing to provide correct name, address, date of birth, 90 days in jail; violating condition of release, 90 days in jail; and operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
    Robert Alan Rich, 25, Haynesville: violating condition of release, 60 days in jail; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 364 days in prison, all but 60 days suspended and one-year probation.
    Reuben R. Thomas, 31, Houlton: domestic violence assault, priors, dismissed; and probation violation, five months in jail and probation revoked.
