NMCC soccer team honored

    The Northern Maine Community College soccer team and coach have taken home honors in the Yankee Small College Conference.
     In the Eastern Division Men’s Conference, the NMCC Falcons have won the sportsmanship award, while coach Bill Casavant has been named Coach of the Year. The announcement was made at the same time the 2012 men’s and women’s all-conference soccer teams were announced.
    The Yankee Small College Conference is made up of 15 two- and four-year schools from Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.
