Girls soccer squads have been busy of late as the regular season is off and kicking. In Class C, Houlton split in its first two games with a 1-1 record, while Hodgdon/Greater Houlton Christian is 0-3 on the young season. In Class D, Southern Aroostook is 1-1 on the year, while Katahdin and East Grand have yet to play.
Southern Aroostook 4, Hodgdon 0 — At Hodgdon Monday, the Warriors blanked Hodgdon as Cassidy Lyons scored a pair of goals, while Katie Prescott and Beth Bishop added solo goals. Kennedi Smith recorded the shutout in net for SACS.

Central Aroostook 1, Southern Aroostook 0 — At Dyer Brook Wednesday, Karli Levesque scored with 17:19 left in the first half to give the Lady Panthers the win. Goalie Paige Garrison had eight saves. For Southern Aroostook who pressed several times for a score, Jessica Nye had 12 saves in the game.
Wisdom 3, Hodgdon/GHCA 0 — At St. Agatha last Wednesday, the Hawks were shut out for the first time on the season. Results from the game were not available by presstime.
Fort Kent 3, Houlton 2 — At Houlton Friday, the Shires rallied from a 2-0 halftime deficit to tie the game at 2-2 on a pair of goals from Natalie Hill. Alana Pratt and Katie Condon each had assists for the Shires.
Fort Kent received two goals from Alexis Desjardins, including one on a penalty kick late in the first half, while Danielle Pelletier produced the game-winner with 5:56 to play.
Marina Cameron and Tanika Toby shared goal-keeping duties for the Shires, combining for seven saves on 11 shots, while Alexa Pelletier had 11 saves on 14 shots for the Warriors.
