The second annual International St. John River Flat Water Paddle will be Saturday at noon Canadian time and 11 a.m. U.S. time.
Participants are to put in their crafts at the boat landing behind the tourist bureau in Hartland, N.B. A car shuttle will be arranged between 10 a.m. and noon, Canadian time. The final destination is the boat landing behind the college in Woodstock, approximately 4 p.m., Canadian time.
The event is free and open to everyone. Organizers ask participants to bring their own kayaks/canoes, safety equipment, water and snacks.
