Men’s softball standings
The Houlton Area Softball League has started and the league standings are as follows: first, The Bomb Squad (Millinocket), 5-1; second, Prestige Worldwide, 5-3; third, Steel Rain, 4-3; fourth, The Aces (Ace-Rent-A-Car), 4-4 and fifth, The Undertakers (Bowers Funeral Home), 0-7.
ATV Safety Course offered
An ATV Safety Course will be offered from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday at the Hodgdon Fire Department. The course will be taught by John Cleary and sponsored by Aroostook Riders ATV Club. Students 10-12 years need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian during the full program.

Safety Course slated
An ATV Safety Course will be offered from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 7, at the Greenland Cove Community Building. The course will be taught by Bill Vicini and sponsored by the East Grand ATVB Club. Students 10-12 years need to be accompanied by a parent/guardian during the full program.
