    NEW BRITAIN, CT – Mrs. Glenna Jean (Barrow) Cote, 58, of New Britain, passed away Sunday June 17, 2012 in Plantsville. She was the wife of Armand Cote.
    Glenna was born December 25, 1953 in Hartford, CT, a daughter of Jean (Estey) Barrow and the late Glenwood C. Barrow. She was a Plainville High School graduate and was employed as an office assistant at CHIF in Hartford for many years. Glenna enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, traveling the USA with her family, reading and crocheting. She also loved to be at the races with her family and most importantly loved to collect M&Ms memorabilia and driving her ’65 GTO.
    Besides her husband of 41 years and mother, she leaves her children, Armand Cote, Jr. of Rocky Hill, Amie Guertin and her husband Doug of Southington, Rebecca Foster and her husband Kris of Canaan and Brian Cote and his wife Paula of Bristol; her brothers, James Barrow of New Britain and Joseph Barrow and his wife Kelly of Bristol; her sisters, Donna Barrow Nadolny of Clarksville, TN and Audrey Barrow McLaughlin of Orlando, FL; her grandchildren, Steven, Stephanie, Sabreena, Matthew, Ashley, Kris Jr. and Katarina; her great-grandson, Wyatt and several nieces and nephews.
    Funeral services for Glenna will be celebrated Friday at 9 a.m. at the Bailey Funeral Home, 48 Broad Street in Plainville. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery in New Britain.
