The Houlton Police Department held its fourth annual Police Memorial Ceremony last Tuesday to honor those officers who gave their lives in the line of duty. Coinciding with National Police Week, May 13-19, the event featured members of the Houlton Police Department, Maine State Police and U.S. Customs and Border Patrol.
