  HOULTON, Maine — The Houlton Police Department responded to the following incidents from Sunday, Nov. 27 to Saturday, Dec. 3.

Sunday, Nov. 27
2:36 a.m. — Officer Kennedy responded to Highland Avenue to investigate a report of disorderly conduct.
3:28 p.m. — Officer E. Pelletier responded to Maple Street for a 9-1-1 hang up call.
    5:20 p.m. — Officer York responded to North Street to investigate a motor vehicle accident.
7:17 p.m. — Officer York responded to Military Street where he arrested a 30-year-old Bangor man for trafficking in prison contraband.

Monday, Nov. 28
4:25 a.m. — Officer Kennedy responded to North Street to check on an active burglary alarm.
5:50 a.m. — Officer Kennedy responded to Bird Street for an active burglary alarm.
8:21 a.m. — Office E. Pelletier responded to Bird Street for a motor vehicle accident.
9:44 a.m. — Officer Bickford responded to Military Street for a report of theft.
1:20 p.m. — Officer E. Pelletier responded to Sugarloaf Court for a report of theft.
1:48 p.m. — ACO Upton responded to Lowery Road for an animal complaint.
4:10 p.m. — Officer E. Pelletier responded to High Street where she arrested a 50-year-old Houlton man, for failure to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act.
5:08 p.m. — Officer York responded to Commonwealth Avenue to investigate a report of harassment.

Tuesday, Nov. 29

1:33 a.m. — Officer York responded to Bangor Street for an active burglary alarm.
8:42 a.m. — Officer Nason responded to Hartford Street to assist Life Flight.
11:32 a.m. — ACO Upton responded to Garrison Hill for an animal complaint.
11:39 a.m. — Officer Nason responded to Bird Street for a 9-1-1 hang-up call.
12:01 p.m. — Officer Collins responded to Ludlow Road for a report of suspicious activity.
