The annual Candy Cane Shop Saturday Dec 3, from 9-11:30 a.m. at the Calvary Baptist Church, 578 Station Road in Stacyville. The Candy Cane Shop invites all children up to grade 6 to do their Christmas shopping, and while the children shop, parents can enjoy refreshments in the Candy Cane Cafe.
Local businesses and church members have donated items such as candles, decorations, toys, books and jewelry for the sale.
All proceeds are used to purchase gift cards for gas and groceries for the needy families in our community. To make a donation, call Amanda Mitchell at 365-4188 or Michelle Cloukey at 365-4099. All donations are greatly appreciated.
