Patricia Mae Dill

    Dill, Patricia M., 77, November 18, 2011.  Arrangements by Dunn Funeral Home, Houlton.  Interment to be held in the Island Falls Cemetery.
    CRYSTAL – Patricia Mae Dill, 77, died Nov. 18, 2011 at a local hospital. She was born August 27, 1934 at Milford, Delaware, the daughter of Charles Clifton and Leila Murphy.
    Patricia served as president of the Woman’s Democratic Committee while in NJ, and when visiting Bar Harbor she loved to watch the ships come in. She was known for her excellent cooking skills and was an avid bingo player. She loved playing cards and games. She was the Scrabble Champion of PCU. She also met many people in her years of working the flea markets.
    She is survived by her husband, William Dill of Island Falls; two sons, George Ghegan and his wife, Cindy of OK, Martin Ghegan and his wife, Diane, of NJ; three daughters, Nancy Henley and her husband, Brad, of TN, Susan Hardy and her husband, Dean, of Merrill; two brothers, Gary Boulden of TX and Wayne Boulden of NJ; two sisters, Brenda Reese of PA, and Nancy Linn of NJ; 14 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a very special “sister”, Dorothy Nicktern.
    She was predeceased by her parents, Charles Clifton and Leila Boulden, and her son George Dill.
    Friends called at the Dunn Funeral Home 6 to 8 p.m. Tues. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home 11 a.m. Wed. Interment will be in the Island Falls Cemetery.
